Data deletion
Disconnect a social account
Open Connections in your workspace, choose the account, and select Disconnect. This removes the stored connection credentials and prevents new publishing through that connection. You can also revoke Castrook from the social platform’s connected-app or security settings.
Delete your Castrook data
Email support@castrook.com from the email associated with your workspace, with the subject “Castrook data deletion request.” Include your workspace ID, available in Settings. Do not include passwords, API keys, or social-account tokens.
We verify that the request belongs to the account owner before removing account and workspace records. We may ask you to sign in or confirm ownership by email. The request covers connected credentials, API keys, pending posts, stored product records, and associated operational data, except records that must be retained by law.
Published content
Deleting Castrook data does not delete posts or comments already published to social platforms. Remove those through the relevant platform’s own tools. Content retained independently by social platforms is governed by their privacy policies.
For more information about data handling and retention, read the privacy policy.
